After seller confirmed the prepaid order for address, they shipped the item via Delhivery on 16th Jan, the item arrived to Bangalore on 19th Jan itself
Now, from 19th Jan to till date there is no update from Delhivery team about my package.
Its a harassment that even after repeatedly informing Delhivery team frequently and raising question, they just keep on changing the dates as per their wish without even confirming with me
Fraud Case: When i asked seller about the status, seller informed me that the delivery is late due to refusal of delivery by me, which is completely just a lie. I have call logs as proof that the Delhivery team never contacted me before 27th Jan
the only call: on 27th Jan afternoon someone from Delhivery team called me to confirm the delivery the very next day. But they never arrived. They lied to me.
Hence, i request to Delhivery team to show the proof of refusal of delivery from my end to prove their point. Secondly, the reason behind no status shared, why ?
These incident proofs that Delhivery organisation is not only telling false to customer, but also doing fraud by declaring customer as lair to sellers by given completely false statement.
Hence i request to the proper channel that this kind of incident must be avoided in order to maintain proper business atmosphere.
In case if any damage or part missing or issue to my item, Delhivery team will be completely responsible for it
