Hi,
I ordered sofa cum bed from Amazon, and due to some reason, the return option was not available for them so they told me to do self shipment, and I did the same. Now Amazon is asking for the AWB number to track their product which delivery app don’t have, Then i tried to track my order through my phone number and oder id now its showing that the order isn’t placed through this number how come is it possible. The product was worth 15100 rs which needs to be refunded. and for the same Confirmation is needed.
