Hi Sir,
On 20 September 2022, I placed an order on amazon.in (Order Id – 403-0535590-8833926) here is the product link: https://www.amazon.in/Dezofy-Crystal-Plastic-Travelling-Checkered/dp/B0B9GQSS9J/ the product price was listed 350rs and there was given a coupon code of 280 rs, so the effective price I had paid was 70 rs. after a few days of order, the seller cancelled my order without any reason. then I contacted amazon customer support and asked the reason why my order was cancelled ?? the customer agent told me a false reason that the seller claims that the price was incorrectly listed. But the seller is completely wrong if they had listed the price at 70 rs only then I would have never complained but since the price 350 was correct because that is their usual price and I had used the amazon coupon code discount provided by amazon itself so I told the customer agent to tell the seller to deliver my product but even the senior customer support didn’t do anything. I’m an amazon prime customer and I have ordered more than 90 products in the last 3 months but I never faced any issue where my order was cancelled by the seller. Also, there was no mrp error for this product .. the seller completely cheated me. amazon itself has provided me with a coupon code of 280 rs to apply. now the customer agents are reacting badly to their valuable prime customer and claim to be the world’s best customer-oriented company ?? huh !!
I’m complaining here because amazon didn’t take any action against that fraud seller who mentioned the completely false reason that there was an incorrect price listed. you can even check the price history of this product … it has never gone below 350.
Since the seller cheated me for the wrong reason and didn’t deliver my product and amazon also didn’t take any action against the seller or give me any compensation amount for this issue. Therefore I complain against the seller and amazon for manipulating the customer and giving the false coupon discount and later cancelling the customer’s order resulting in harassment and waste of their valuable prime customer money, time and energy.
