I have ordered clothes from puma website by using simpl app on emi basis. This was happened on june 2022
First emi they was taken of rs 2074 rs and then two months emi will do after two months
Then puma cancelled order due to they didn’t receive fund from simpl for the order
So i asked simpl that puma was cancelled order but on simpl its still showing order was placed and they asking me to pay money which was due on me for order cancelled.
Botha puma and simpl not giving any solutions for my order
Now simpl is harassing me continuously for payment against order which was cancelled giving legally notice
Kindly help to close my issue and stop this fraud companies from doing more fraud with customers
