HI,

Hoping for some help, writing my story here.
I did an order on 17th July 2021 with amazon – Order #402-9984335-2999550 and had done payment with Net Banking option. Amazon showed me payment failed but money got deducted from my account. When i called Amazon Customer care, they said that there was some server issue on 17th and 18th July 2021. So if money got deducted, it will be refunded in some days. I waited and didnt get any money back. Then i called Amazon customer care again and got to know that the money is not with them and the money is with my Bank which is Kotak.

I called Kotak and explained the same story and then got to know that money is credited to merchants account. They rejected my request 2 times saying this. In my account transactions i see the transaction done to OS. Amazon.In for same amount as you can see in screenshot below.

I visited by Bank branch but they told that if it was with kotak i would have got a refund transaction to my account. Its showing to them that its credited to Amazon which is also clear i feel.

Worse part is when i asked amazon today for help on 30th July 2021, they said sir you have selected both time cash on delivery only but i did net banking first time or else why payment will decline and then revised payment to cash on delivery thinking that i will get refund then pay off.

Hoping for some real help and deep investigation on this issue. There was some Floor incharge name Abhishek Pandey who was guiding all agents whom i was calling. So, everyone was telling the same thing.
