Sir/Madame,
I had ordered footwear items (disposal slippers) from https://zoracosmetic.com/ on January 21, 2024; the Order ID being #56214. The order was placed after payment of Rs 520 inclusive of delivery charges. The Payment had been made on the same date, the UPI Transaction ID of which is 402169844639 but till date the delivery process has not yet begun. This is clearly a case of fraud. I have sent multiple emails regarding the issue but only auto-generated reply to resolve the same is being sent. I have also sent WhatsApp messages. In the last WhatsApp chat made on 8 April 2024, they had assured to initiate the refund process and I have also provided them my bank details on their request but there seems no intention from their side to refund the amount. The company Zora Cosmetics seems to cheat customers this way as their customer care phone number is out of service since a long time and they do not provide “Cash on delivery” mode of payment. Only digital payment is accepted to place an order and then the product is not delivered neither the customer call is accepted.
