I had ordered MI smart fitness band 4 (buy 1 get 1 free) vide order no. 1212468488. However, I have received some local brand watch (not from MI). This watch is not working properly. 6 out of 3 functions not working . There is no invoice, no warranty card, no product/ brand label and the package is ordinary (seems like a personal courier package). The product is defective and incorrect at the first place.
