I made a purchase of a product worth Rs. 1499 on 25/10/2022. Till date there is no update on the shipping details and no reply on email from the ecom site or the payment gateway company. Have raised fraud merchant alert on payment gateway company PayU but still no revert from them as well. PayU Ticket ID is: NX1898237754.
