Hi this is regards to a trip which i was about to booked with Travel triangle thru one of their agent Inland Tourways.
I have clearly asked for the refund policy and any hidden charges before the booking and also the read the term and condition by agent as well as traval triangle on their website. According to the refund policy, 0% cancellation if i cancel before 15 days ago of the trip and 20% can cancellation if i cancel under 15 days of the trip. I paid the initial token of Rs 11000/- and agent told me that your booking confirmed but no invoice sent to me by travel triangel with me at that time. Due to sudden mishappening in my family, we have cancel the trip under 15 days and accordingly 20% amount as a cancellation will be charge.
Now i got the email from on of travel triangel employee Mr Mayank (Who is very rude), deduct 20% for agent and 2000 per person (we are 4 person) as a traval triangel cancellation, which is not written anywhere and no one inform at the time of booking, however, he shared with the Invoice and in the term and condition it is written same. This was clearly cheated to the customer by travel triangel because at the time of booking this hidden information not shared by their agent even not by travel triangel support person.
Even after 1 month follow, they will not refund my remaining single amount.
