(Maxbhi Order #5769467, Paid on 6th Apr 2023 at 2:15pm. Rs. 5149/-)
Dear sir, I have placed an order on Maxbhi.com on 6th April , 2023, 2:15 pm for the Mobile spare parts (.i.e. LCD Touch screen). Before order was made i called the customer service of Maxbhi.com if it is reliable and i was promised that the order would be shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours , but on the contrary to that it was dispatched only on 12th April 2023. So, Every time i made complaints regarding late dispatch they would tell me it is “under quality checking” . This made it very clear that they play trick’s on me from the beginning .
After receiving my order on 17th April and i take it to Technician on 18th April and the technician found out that the spare parts (.i.e. LCD Touch screen) is not working and very cheap in quality . So i asked for refund and maxbhi replied “not possible”.
To be honest , the quality of the touchscreen is very bad especially it doesn’t worth Rs. 5149 . Many times i begged them to make refund as the Product item ( Spare Part ) is not only working but also very bad in quality and they refused my request for refund and they forced me to fill up the Replacement Request Form from their website ; so against my will i have to fill up the replacement request form as the validity date for replacement is till 27th April only . As per instructions, I uploaded all the Damaged item photo with stickers and stamps. And to my surprise this morning i.e. 26/04/2023 Maxbhi.com customer support called me , asked me to upload the photo of the items without Stickers, Stamps and when i uploaded the damaged items photo without stickers /stamps as per instructed to my surprise they told me “there is no sticker, no stamp therefore replacement is not possible” . I did removed the stickers as per their instructions only, and i want to reiterate that i still keep all the stickers with me now. Dear sir, I cannot lose my Hard Earned Money to this Fraud Company. I beg your kindness to help me resolve the problem and get me back my money.
