I ordered ear buds of cost Rs2400 from messho shopping site. And i get my product on date April 8th,2022. But the packing contain a soap instead of ear buds. I clamied for refund to messho. And regarding that i get a message from express bees on date april 10,2022 and the message contains the following text (Pickup of FTPL,AWB:234092212186227 not done as you want later pickup.For query call:02049116100, For feedback pls click fb.xbees.in/mI6hcsF5 Xpressbees) . But i didn’t recieve any call from them regarding that. But on April 11th,2022 a get a call from a no. Followed by no. (+918930500047) reagarding the pickup. But unfortunately i am not available at that time so my family member give him the parcel which is arrived from meesho. He didn’t give him any slip. After 3-4 day i didn’t recieve my refund. I call the courier boy who picked up my parcel on the number (+918930500047) Given. He asks me to send some evidence of parcel contains the misplaced item. So i send him the video of parcel Unboxing. Initially he agreed to my statement to send the courier to messho. But still after i didn’t received my refund payment. I am feeling mentally depressed. I call the pick up boy but now he refused to send my parcel to meesho. I called him many times to solve my problem but he deny to send the courier to meesho and also didn’t give it to me for another pick up. He regularly threaten me. And abused me. As of thar i am feeling fear. He can do any thing wrong, I suspect. I am get mentally harassed.
