I got delivery of a product on 12:04:21 by ekart delivery partner.my father taken delivery thinking it as an Flipkart parcel as there delivery agent is from ekart but when he confirmed from all family members regarding booking of parcel then all members they haven’t booked any parcel and when we opened the parcel we found a broken dublicate Fastrack watch in the name of Apple watch series 6 in description of invoice and when we contacted Flipkart they denied and told it is not their parcel and when I contacted delivery partner they said It is third party parcel company name is WWW.NEXASHIP.IN and ekart executive suggested me to contact seller contact number but it is saying out of service when we are calling. I request you to kindly take some strict action and look into matter

I ajay kumar pandit. Order insta 360 one-R of. Worth rs-1899 from yor site bestestore. It was a add on YouTube from whre i order it. But i recived a bluetooth speaker wich is not working and not also worth of the money i paid for it. I just request you to refund my money plz plz
