Sir i am raj chvada i want to file an complaint against snapdeal and describe fraud done by snapdeal i ordered nike shoes but when i got the parcel there was local shoes in the box i raised return request on 3 February 2020 but they gave no response i spent 14 days but i am not getting any response from them . Please help me.
My money is lost because of this. Please help me.
The return has been raised one day after receiving the product! And they have promised clearly on the website the product has a full return and refundable policy!
Then why are they cheating me like this?
please I need your help.
