Text of Complaint by A Satish Kumar:

I have made online payment to Shoptohub Group (shoptohub.com) of Rs. 30497/- , payment amount 9999/-, 8999/- and 11499/-  through EBS on 25.02.2016  and 09.03.2016 (Payment Id : 49827818, 49831348 and 50696705. Merchant Trx id : 3150, 34562n23 and 20160309085857) and now more than 4 month passed but till date, no despatch intimation (Shipping details) of ordered product i.e. HTC desire eye mobile and sony 101 cm led television has been received from shoptohub.com nor the HTC desire eye mobile and sony 101 cm led television delivered to my address. I have made request to shoptohub.com through email and called to them many times regarding despatch of ordered product but they are not responding to my email or call.

Before making of online payment and placement of order for the said product i.e. HTC desire eye mobile and sony 101 cm led television , shoptohub.com executive Mr. Sameer Malhotra and Maneesh has committed over telephone that the HTC desire eye mobile and sony 101 cm led television will be delivered to my address within 4-5 days but the same has not been delivered nor any despatch intimation received from shoptohub.com till date. I have kept blind faith on shoptohub.com executive Mr. Sameer Malhotra and Maneesh made the online payment of Rs. 30497/- through EBS for HTC desire eye mobile and sony 101 cm led television on the basis of commitment of Mr. Sameer Malhotra and Maneesh. It is totally fraud and cheating online shopping website i.e. shoptohub.com Please help me for getting my money (Rs. 30497/-) refund back to me and take appropriate action to resolve my issue. Also help to stop this fraudulent practices adopted by shoptohub.com (Shoptohub Group) so that no other peoples of India will be cheated by them.
