Since April 2018 I have purchased many items like messagers, spy pen, slippers, etc.. but all are defective second hand used products and when I complain on email or on Twitter they have only reply that, ” we will call you” that’s it just copy paste of one statement.
They always give a specific time of delivery and product is delivered always late and scrumbled.
After returning the product we get refund but the promo code that is used cannot be used again on Paytm Mall.
Millions of consumers are fed up of Paytm kindly take some strict action against Paytm.
