I am Airtel customer from last 4 years & my no’s. Validity is lifetime, suddenly company has changed its policy, lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is really depressing from airtel , I purchased Airtel sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed this without my knowledge. Airtel should be punished for this and lifetime validity must be restored. Pl take some strict action.
