Text of Complaint by Panchali Hazarika:

http://I received a parcel from this unknown company named “ZYNGOS” and the packaging had my name, phone number and address. It was delivered by a known courier company and it was cash on delivery. Unknowingly, I paid and then upon investigation, I decided to return the parcel immediately. I called the given phone “9311755087” to which a lady picked up. She said the parcel will be picked up after 10-15 days by the same courier company and the money will be refunded in cash. She also said that a message regarding the Return will be sent within 24 hours. When I called the company 3 times to ask about the message, my call got disconnected. I checked online and it’s a fraud case.
