Dear sir,
We intend to purchase a 1.5 ton 3star split AC Godrej make in 6 instalments and accordingly ordered in Amazon vide order no 404-4462719-4643562 dated 6.02.21. I was given to understand that the total cost to be paid would be of amount 30329.67(Rupees Three one four nine zero minus no cost EMI discount Rs 1160). But astonished to notice that I have been advised to pay Rs 5248.33 in 6 instalments which will amount to Rs 31490 approx. The discrepancies is of amount Rs 1160. Kindly explain and set right the matter before I start repaying.
