Text of Complaint by Ayush:

So, Yesterday, I got a call from an HR of this company called “VIZINEINFOTECH” regarding a data entry freelancing job. I am a jobseeker, Looking for a way to earn and help my family. So it felt nice to get a call and get a flare of hope. The Job was about filling 500 data entry forms in 5 days and i’ll be paid Rs 15000 for that. It seemed like a good deal. Then she called me and guided me through the registration process. i was asked to sign there and it’s a part of “Registration Process”. But instead it was an agreement and That was the mistake i made by believing her and in actual it was an “Agreement” which she did not let me Read and today i called to step back from this offer and i got to know that i have to pay 5500+ 18% GST i.e 6490 to cancel my candidature. It was such a shock and I asked them that i wasn’t aware of this and they said i should read the agreement section. I saw that now and It was the first time i saw that and read that. Even during the registration, i did not saw that. But Now i am at fault here according to them. I said Okay, I paid 6490 and again they said i’ll have to pay 3500 more for NOC charges which by the way isn’t written in an agreement and threatened to take legal action against me and ruin my future. I had savings of last 5 months. All gone and I can’t even tell my parents about it. I cannot afford good lawyers but I wish someone reads this and find it helpful and doesn’t make a mistake like i made.

  1. The same scam happened with me too. I got a call from Riya ma’am on 18 December 2025. I also liked the offer. She made me sign the registration process on the call but this was my biggest mistake. I started doing my work. After completing a few files, my eyes went to the agreement given on the portal. When I read the entire agreement, I saw that they were scamming me and they had also taken my signature. Ma’am asked me to sign on the call saying that this was for the registration process and this was a sign of an agreement. I was not told that this was a scam. Please help me. How do I get out of this?
