I am Anu. Payonlineshopping.com company contacted me through Paytm.
They finds my contact detail through Paytm. They called me for gift winning from their product which is almond oil , I have purchased from Paytm few months ago. They called me to order product of rs 3000 and pay RS 12000 as paying a GST of winning item, as they said that they will initiate refund of rs12000 immediately.
But I didn’t get the order and refund. They are again demanding RS 12000 from me and not sending my order and refund.i total paid to them 20000 rs.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
