This is not a simple mistake but a cheating has been done by the seller. I raised the issue with the Paytm after i came to know that the seller has cheated me by delivering a different model from the technician. However, the Paytm refused to address the said issue only on the pretext that 7 days period already expired. The incidence is noted here that I only come to know that the delivered product was different from the purchased one only from the technician of Bajaj Electrical, after my complained as the mixers jars were not working. I also notify the Paytm that as the mixi was delivered on 1st Nov, 2018 and I was out of station from 2nd Nov, 2018 to 11th Nov, 2018. I once again requested them to consider this as special case that because difference in bill and the delivered product i am not able to avail the warranty services from the company due to mismatch in the product and the bill also. The cost of the delivered model is just half of the actually purchased model by me. Therefore, i hereby request you to take appropriate action against the Paytm and the Seller for the fraud committed by them.
