There is a executive name Pankaj and rafik in Ghatkopar West work in vadafone service center sarvoday hospital mumbai who said to give 100 rupees for changing my sim which is physically damaged but when I call to customer care the person said to me that charges of changing a sim is 50 in short they told to pay extra 50 in term of cash and also they didn’t give any recipit. Rafik was too rude in conversation. I am not satisfied for your service and I don’t like such type of fraud kindly do some action against them
