Hi
Today i received a fraud call on behalf of paytm and i was informed that i won a car and i should either take car or they will transfer rs 6.5 lakh to my account. For this i need to pay registration amount of rs 8000. They had my paytm attached phone number, address, name, etc.
My complaint is how did the fraud company get my personal paytm details. Data leakage is through paytm and they are responsible for this.
Also it is next to impossible to talk to their customer care because of complicated ivr.
I need data security through paytm and call back also from them.
