On the 10th June 2022 in the evening I got a call from Amazon sales and promotions department telling me that I have been selected among 5 Lucky customers for free gift package with any order above 5300₹ offer was something like this:-

I selected the 3rd option. They asked me to pay for the item I want to purchase, I paid them via Google pay to below details:
Earlier they provided me some account with beneficiary name amazon but i was not able to transfer to that account then provide me the QR code of this account mentioned below –

On payment they said you are being connected to our dispatch department to verify the details ,they verified the details and then said as Indian Govt. is not accepting the GST amount for IPHONE paid by Amazon, so I have to pay 11999.9/- extra which they will refund in 10 sec in my account and they share an screenshot with logo of amazon and processing details said your amount is not exactly 11999.9 as your charges 10 rupees so please pay 12009 so that exact amount of GST can be paid this will be revert back to your account completely .I paid both these amounts to the same account provided above . then again for refund they said to use my google pay interface and said to pay the total amount paid earlier with some payment note . But this time i felt that their is something wrong and decided not to pay further and said them to refund my amount back .the person tried to convince me that your money will be refunded completely please co operate with us but i said i don’t have enough funds after that they said ma’am we are not able to attach your product as you did’t pay the delivery charges and insurance charges please pay the charges so that we can dispatch your product and refund your amount. On this I understood I am trapped and a fraud is happening. I asked him to refund my money completely i.e. (5998 + 11999.9 + 12009) =30006.9/-, he said will check with his seniors and come back. His phone is still working and they try to contact me but i m not receiving their call because they repeated the same things again & again cooperate with us we don’t want your loss and our company name to drag for this . But due to this i lost my hard earned money, I have lost an amount 30,006.9 (5998 + 11999.9 +12009) because of this fraud.Please help me. numbers used to call are – 9836332390(first call)
