I file request for deactivate my vodafone no. 9646253526 on 25feb2019.but after few days a bill collector call me and said that if i will pay 900rs then company will favour me and convert my postpaid into prepaid and also my no. Will be activated.
I paid 900rs on 1march2019.then she said that a mail for favour have forworded to company.i will get a favour as soon as posible.but today when i called her ,her senior picked the call nd said that this no. Have deactivated on 11march on ur request of personal issues.
But i have not file any request of deactivation on behalf of persnal issues.i hav also given 1000rs as security.now after payment of total 1900 rs my no. Has been deactivated by company on the behalf of fake request of personal issues.
And now the bill collector told my husband that ur wife talk to another boy(senior of bill collector)to reissuing her no. All the employs misguide me..
This is a super fraud for me.. Now company’s employ is telling that if i want to reissuing this no then i will have to use this no. For 3 months on a postpaid plan of 299. Which is only a harasment for me. Why am i suffering because of fraud of company nd company’s employs.
