Hi,

i had recharged my phone number (7830526158) with Vodafone 569 plan. as per details given, Vodafone is offering unlimited local, STD and roaming calls and 100 SMSes per day under this offer also given 3GB 3G/4G data per day and the plan is valid for a period of 84 days. but Right now i am unable to make any call while my plan is running. after the raising the issue, thier executive says the company (vodafone) only provide 1000 mints in a week and the given details (unlimited calls) was false.

so now i feel, Vodafone is doing Fraud with me and other customers.

that is the reason i am lodging complaint against the vodafone. please take necessary action against this fraud.
