Sir,
I had ordered an FTA DTH HD set top box @Rs 599 from smtech.net.in. But there’s no tracking id on their website. The seller has blocked me on WhatsApp and their mob no is switched off. I chose his site for the order above Amazon, Flipkart etc. thinking to purchase from an Indian manufacturer. The thief should be caught for defying the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
Please help by either order fulfillment or refund
Similar fraud committed by Sumit Chauhan Kumar of smtech.net.in on me. Ordered 3 products: Canon Pixma G2012, 9000 lumens Torch, and Smart Lock. Paid Rs.9447/= by Gpay. They sent the products by EKART on 14-11-25, but on 17-11-25 the seller asked EKART to return the order to BGP Om Engg. Now they are not replying to calls, emails, and WA msgs. Will make complaint on govt consumer complaint portal e-jagriti.nic.in.
