Respected Sir,
I ordered a washing machine “Whirlpool stain wash ultra 7kg” on day 1 of paytm mall sale on 9th October,2018.
I picked one of the best deal and paid 18,699/-
Now on 12th October,2018 I received the wrong machine.
To my surprise, the item name and description was correct on the receipt of parcel, but when opened the parcel, I got a downgraded model “Whirlpool stain wash deep clean 7kg whose actual price is 16000/-
After identifying the wrong machine, I’m trying to connect to paytm customer care, from whole day, but i got no response from them, not even once my call was attended.
Even I tried calling customer care at late night 1:30 AM, but still nobody picked the call after endless waiting.
I send a mail to them to get it replaced as this is not my fault to get wrong machine. But they denied it and said we only take it back. Please order new. Now the point is all deals are closed because of this chaos And now if my order the same machine again I will need to pay much more money what we paid during sale.
So my ask is to get it replaced because it paytm mall fault not mine and I want the correct model.
But they simply denied, it. I request to the government authority to please look into this and understand the kind of fraud they are doing. They simply showing good deals in their website and once customer buy it than they deliver the lower model to him/her.
Please take this ecommerce fraud seriously and I hope some serious action taken to stop this kind of fraud or to make customer a fool.
