I’m booked room by oyo at 4 Oct in 1200rs booking id (TJHP6814) .
At time of booking hotel denied to checkin, and he told us we can’t work with oyo. Immediately I’m connect with oyo coustomer care and clearly told the situation, than coustomer assured me for refund. But now oyo coustomer care tolled me you are late to file complent we can’t refund. I have all voice recording to talk with coustomer care . So please refund my amount. And take strict action against oyo.?
