I have purchased an item from JioMart(Nirlon woodu aluminium non stick deep Kadhai 3L) on 29th July 2021 worth rupees 553. The item was delivered on 10th august but a smaller sized product(1Litre capacity). I raised a return request through the mobile app and received a message that on 15th of August, return pickup will be made. But nobody came for return pickup and I contacted the customer care. They promised me that the item will be picked up immediately and I will get the refund after the return process. Even after 40 days of continuous calls/emails and messages also, they are neither conducting the return pick up nor refunding the money. I am fed up with calling their customer care. They will keep on holding the conversation telling that they are discussing the matter with their team or their system is not working properly.
