Text of Complaint by Brigadier DS Kullar:

Vide invoice No: 9296 I ordered the main dish of Brown Rice Murgh Biryani for my esteemed guests . The kitchen staff  sent a vegetarian dish instead to our great embarrassment.
I tried to resolve the issue by immediately ringing up 9555212212 at 2:08 PM. However the person at the other end neither identified himself nor was interested in resolving the issue, giving a clear impression that it was an intentional fraud . He started sidetracking the issue and asked me to send photos and speak to the call center. He failed to understand the urgency of my predicament. He categorically refused to give any contact number of a senior executive or the head office.  Again a clear sign of Biryani by Kilo cheating customers .  Please initiate disciplinary action against this incompetent staff.
My father was GM of Imperial Hotel  (5*) for seventeen years where the motto was ‘customer is King ‘. In BBK it is ‘ loot the customer’. This attitude won’t help in the long run.

Immense damage to my reputation and rank was done today.

I am an old customer of BBK and have noticed  the present staff is incompetent and the standards have dropped drastically. That’s why I began trying other Biryani outlets and stopped recommending BBK to friends. Initially I was thinking of taking drastic action but having got a call from a Gurgaon rep I’ve dropped the idea

Hope some action is taken
Please put up this complaint to Mr Roy , Mr Vishal Jindal and Mr Sinha as it is rare for a senior officer to put in a complaint personally.
