I had booked hotel Wonderland inn through Agoda. Booking confirmation was provided. However when I reached hotel, Wonderland hotel said they have not received any booking. When I confirmed on Oyo they are saying booking is done at a hotel 54 kms away at hotel samrat. I have the confirmation receipt. Extreme mental agony faced by me. Waiting for past 2+ hrs at the hotel but no resolution provided. Agoda is committing fraud with the customers.
