Text of Complaint by Ayush Singhal:

I ordered a Transcend JetFlash 700 32 GB Pen Drive [ORDER ID- OD113445087175367000] from flipkart which costed me Rs.520 which got delivered to me on 29th September, 2018 and it was defected, I wasn’t working in any of the computers. I filed the return request for the same which got cancelled. So, I requested a call and talked to the customer care executive of flipkart and he again placed my return request and said that action will be taken soon and I also got the text from flipkart:

“We are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 10 Oct, 10:00 AM to get back to you”

They also said that they have escalated my issue to the concerned team and I would get a call soon and I also got the message for the same that I will get a call from the number starting with +91806879  but I never got any call from this number.

This is being continued since longer. On 11th october the customer care executive again said the same thing as above and also said that they are facing problem from the seller side but by deal was not from the seller instead my deal was from flipkart and according to the flipkart’s policy if their product is defected then they need to return it and provide the refund but flipkart is refusing to do the same each and every time.

After complaining several times through calls and emails today again my return request again got cancelled and and now I can’t even place the return request again since it’s written that “Return policy ended on Oct 9th, 2018”. So, today I again called Flipkart’s customers service helpline and complained for the same and again got the same reply. This time they said that they are again placing my return request and it will show up in the Flipkart’s app but it’s not showing up in the app.

What flipkart is doing is right now is Cheating and it can be addressed as fraud.

They just say that they are for us and action will be taken soon but they are actually proving themselves to be fraud. They have again sent a message:

“We have escalated your issue  to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 17 Oct, 8PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679” but I was told that I would get the call within 8 hours from now. And I know that again they won’t call and neither they the going to take my product and provide me with refund.

The customer review for this product is also negative and several more people have reported the same problem.

Flipkart have done fraud with many people. One of the customer’s care executive also said that he understands my problem and knows that I’m right but he have certain levels beyond which he can’t work but they are also not providing me with the contact details of the concerned authority members.

Flipkart’s deserves to be closed for these occasional fraud activities. My deal is with Flipkart not from the seller from whome they are getting the product so flipkart should provide me with the appropriate refund.
