Amazon delivery and seller are committing new fraud of taking money from customer when they sell products with exchange and then not attempting delivery and cancelling product this way they can hold customer Money for 10 days
I have purchased mobile product under exchange scheme and product was promised to be delivered yesterday which not the case even when I reached customer service 3 times and called agents 4 times and then at 10:30 pm without verification/attempting delivery my product was cancelled
