i have purchased two item from Amazon order 1 id 406-1079082-3774708 pulse oximeter on 2 may 2021order no 2 id No 406-0339943-9639547, steamer vaporizer on 27 apr 2021,
In both the orders I have been cheated by the seller. I have received washing powder in place of Steamer and mask in place of Oxymeter. while talking to customer care they told due to large no of orders it may be wrong that the item is sent. but twice can’t be the co incidence. It’s a fraude run by your company. I am very annoyed with your company and decided not to purchase any item from you. one item is still pending to deliver hope the same incidence should not happen.
but this is last i will never purchase anything from Amazon. you people just registering sellers without checking anything and they are cheating the customer and company name has gone from bad to worse.
For the refund you are talking about 10 days it’s also very late.i am also attaching the item what i received.
