I have ordered an animal printed maxi skirt by 250designs on 14th may 2023, order ID FN0090403842. I have received different product from what I have ordered on 20th May, and I sent it back stating the same reason, documented proof of pictures taken within few minutes of order delivery is also uploaded while filing return request.
On 2nd June I got the call from the customer care person stating we have sent you correct order we can not accept the return and you will not get return. And this is NONAJIO product our technical team checked it. I did not agree for this. I asked for proofs and they said they cant reveal it. The argument lasted about half an hour. The guy was not understanding and repeatedly saying we can not accept the return. After call ends, I got a message as follows,
Hi yashika! We’re glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN0090403842. Do continue to shop with us. For details click bit.ly/37ook6p
I did not agree with him still he sent me that I agree with they can send me the product back.
Later I tried to contact with them on email conversationas well as phone calls but they said they can’t help me further. I have all conversation. I am being cheated, I sent back exact same product which I received but they are arguing they sent me the correct one. This is the reply from ajio.
This is regarding your order ID FN0090403842. We have shipped the correct item and the same has been delivered to you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take this case forward.
I want to file a case against ajio.
