Text of Complaint by Tapan Kumar Basak:

Prepaid Airtel consumer for 10 years.. suddenly number has stopped.. customer service told me to go Airtel service center for change the SIM .. but they gave me a postpaid SIM without inform me.. but now after 1 month I want to migrate it from postpaid to prepaid SIM but they told me it can be change after 4 months.. but customer care service told us it can be change after 1 month .. I am unable to pay this huge money in every month.. and the representatives of liluah (Howrah) Airtel store misbehave with me during the visit.. kindly do the needful as soon as possible..
