I had booked a room at Hotel Indiano, Zirakpur, Punjab, through Agoda on 22th October 2021. I paid the amount on Agoda app itself(by UPI). When I reached the hotel, they denied their association with Agoda. They asked me to contact Agoda, and denied entry. There is no indian customer care phone number for Agoda, they only have two foreigner numbers which doesn’t work either. I have mailed them regarding this too but no action has been taked till now. I want a refund. Agoda.com is fraud.
