Text of Complaint by SANTHOSH KUMAR:

I have reached to Hotel Sanskruti Resort, Shirdi, Maharashtra for our hotel booking, which was done by booking ID #618326525 of Agoda.com, they have denied to give room and asked us to book any other hotel as they are not accepting online booking from agoda.com and after our vigorous follow up with Hotel Sanskruti Resort they have taken Rs. 1300/- from me and given 1 room for my family containing 3 adults and 1 child but they have denied to give bill. Neither hotel Sanskruti giving response nor the numbers provided by Agoda and while talking it is noticed that the employees whose numbers given are either fake or they left from the services very long back.

It is requested to refund my money and also compensate for the disturbance occurred in my family at the earliest.
