Text of Complaint by Ajit Kumar:

In this connection, it is to complain that while establishing contact with the Hotel Authority, I was asked to deposit the full payment before 24 hours to get the booking confirmed. Please see the attached bar code of the hotel. When I expressed my inability to pay through Bar Code, they give me the paytm number(screenshot of the payment is also attached).

It may be noteworthy to mention while arriving at Katra Railway Station, the Hotel Authority (Mobile No.7973656629) directing me due to pre-occupancy they have made a temporary arrangement at Anil Guest House, Katra. Believing on his assurance, we somehow moved temporarily but we insisted to the Hotel Authority that we have to move in Hotel Vaishnoo. Later in the evening, Anil Guest House asking me to pay him despite knowing the fact that we have made total money to the Hotel Authority(i.e. Hotel Vaishnoo).

Finally, I contacted the local police station followed by the tourist police, Katra. The fact that Tourist Police given was quite surprising that there is no Hotel Vaishnoo Hotel, Jij Chowk in Katra. We have to file a complaint against AGODA who has posted/advertised/sponsored the fraud hotel.

Keeping the above facts in view, it is requested that not only financial loss of Rs.1600 may be refunded to but indescribable mental harassment needs to be addressed.
