Text of Complaint by Sunil Deshpande:

I am Sunil Deshpande. I made booking on official Agoda app for Fern residency karad for 20th Nov 21 night on 20th Nov 21 at 6.05 pm.
I did not get any confirmation nor email nor any voucher. When I reached hotel, there was no booking on my name.
I have to rebook hotel by paying extra money.
It was double loss. How can I get my money back ?
