I tried to book one room at fern residency karad for 20th Nov 2021at 6.03pm today. My payment for Rs. 3031.19 was debited from my bank. I did not get any voucher and when I reached hotels, there was no booking. I had to book directly to hotel again by paying extra money.
How can I get my money back?
