The organization duped us by promising a sure match with the profile match within a few days or otherwise refunding our money. I purchased the top-tier package for **k, and they stated that we will receive a deducted manager who will send profiles based on my requirements for matchmaking every week and will make sure he intensively contacts people to make the match workable, as opposed to the consultant who simply sends whatever he wants and never bothers to call or discuss the requirements. The company really misled me with false promises and misrepresented their services, which not only embezzled me but also caused me severe suffering.
