Hi Sir,

I am valuable customer of yours since long but eventually I have been abused by a fraudulent activity with the booking ID 9204024584,the booking was made on 11th Sept with the confirmation from the so called hotel representative “Abinash Patra” the hotel category is under couple friendly hence I had the confirmation of basic query before placing the booking,I reached the hotel address with the help of Google map and enquired the elderly security person about the hotel location,the security person openly said to me there is no such hotel available here,it was locked out past 2 3 months and the person proactively mentioned me that this guy(hotel representative) is doing a fraudulent business with the business with the help of paytm,most of the customer visit this address for the check but we have to inform them the same,I was coming shocked then I tried call the person whose name was Abinash and I was bamboozled my phone wasn’t getting connected to him then I tried to call him from my pheoncys number,the called ringed for almost 5 6 times in the midst of all this,I got myself connected to paytm customer care and complaint the same for resolution (my call recording must have been there),my first complain was on 13th Sept 11.30…the person Abinash (hotel representative) called back after 20 minutes and he was quite rude with pathetic tone as he was questioning me ki why the hell I was calling him multiple times..I informed him that I am at the location but not able to find the 2 ? star hotel off yours,on top off no proper entity or legal work procedure the person starting asking rubbish and frustrating question from me with aggressive and harmful tone and informed me to come across 8 to 10 kilometers away from the hotel location with documentary xeror of valid proof…I questioned the person that why will I visit to different location which was situated in rural area approximately 10 km away from the legal entity address mentioned and why are you asking for xeror copy,you must have a xeror machine or rather a scanner to scan the document indirectly I meant to say if you are running a business then you have be in your registered address with proper office equipment,the person started behaving even worstly with me and the conversation was drill down to abusive terms hence I was completely scared and uncertain to visit rural unidentified and unregistered location with no proper ? star,I guess not even a hotel it was a typical pathetic guest house..the language in which the person was speaking and abusive terms which he used in call prevail me not to go there because it was far away and secondly it wasnt registered and unidentified…I could sense a r@pe culture in the man voice hence I firmly inform him that he are cheating customer with this fraudulent activity and account via paytm this person in reply said “Tera refund******laga dunga” hotel toh Mila nhi paisa bhi **** lag jayega what filthy language and I had to hung up the phon,this man didn’t stop here he knew that I understand his cheating procedure he started calling back my pheoncys and when we were ignoring his number he dropped a text with abusive filthy words(I couldn’t even write those words here)…today is the 9th day I had to mail you for resolution for my refund and moreover to block this entity he is cheating customer.

Lastly the support I got from Amit and rajvendra was pathetic,I am attaching the voice note for reference,they are straight away denying the customer by saying that the hotel person denied you to check as because we were unmarried couple I repeatly said man there is no hotel there,I didn’t even met that r@pist and abusive person but no one is helping me please help me.
