On 17/06/2022 I had ordered OnePlus Bluetooth z2 and on 19 June I had given return request as I didn’t feel good. After continues followup with the Amazon customer service on 09/07/2022 the product had been pickup by the agent. As was waiting for the refund last night I got the mail stating that the product which i have given is different, when I contacted customer support their are denying the same and my amount cannot be refund. So my request is to check where my product had gone which I had given and need ur team assistant asap.
