On the next day a person came to my house on 11feb2020 and installed that connection and ask me for extra price for installation cable which was reasonable 144₹ so he asked me to pay 1900₹ And remaining balance 13₹ will be reflect in my account as per his words.
I gave him till yet no invoice I’ve received and furthermore the Main problem is what I’m going to tell you, My tata sky id got activated after he gone.
And the next recharge date was shown me 29 feb which should be 10 March as per 1 month pay, I called him back he said you’re connection was booked through a dealer whereas I’ve booked by website
secondly i called Tatasky customer service they said we will help you out and still nothing is resolved and they register the complaint again the lady called me and she talked with me too much rudely and badly that she cut the phone in middle conversation I’ve complaint against that.
Further on 15feb2020 my account got deactivated and i was bound to recharge that idk what has been done through them.
I don’t know who’s the dealer at all. I’m so pissed off from this service nor I’m gonna refer tata sky anyone.
I request to court please take strict action against that. Thankyou!
