SHIFTING REQUEST RSISED BY ME ON 20th Dec,2020.One representative from Tata Sky named J0ydeb Mitra Visited my address and completed the task .For this I Have given him 500 by cash as confirmed as service fee.After completion of the task I slso recharged my account of 600 odd rs which is supposed to be validated till 25th Jan,2021.However when received SMS and Checked theta Sky account balance it reflects 500 inr is adjusted from the balance.. which means the representative had not deposited the cash to TATA SKY..
I urge immediate actions and adjustments
Else I will be forced to take up legal action with all valid evidence.
