i have place order 13th july payment mode COD my order delivered at 15th july delivery executive said i dont have change please payment done by online i m not available at my home i have paid payment by online after that delivery executive said i have change give me cash my wife pay cash 535/- tow time payment received by delivery executive i have many time call to flipcart customer care but still my payment not refund and no any time line given me please help.
