My subscriber ID is 1018629228. On 13sep22 I lodged a complaint regarding poor reception vide WO # 1-3UEXYFNG and one Mr.Surendra arrived to resolve the issue. He said that the LNB was defective and I told him to change the LNB. But due to rust and concerted efforts he could not open the bracket of LNB and OFFERED to replace the dish itself from his pocket as he could not resolve the issue. I was surprised at this offer and on his insistence I agreed. Taking pity on him I also paid him cash Rs.250/- so that he did not have to bear the entire cost. Later I was told by the repair agency that my account has been recharged with Rs.250/-. Yesterday I got a SMS from TATAPLAY that Rs.650/- will be charged to my account and the balance has been reduced to NIL from Rs.411/- on 18sep22. Now the account is deactivated. This is FRAUD done by the technician and the agency. Kindly look into the same.
