Text of Complaint by Neel Kamal:

My name is Neel Kamal, i had a personal loan acccount of 467PSTED885065 which is charging montly installment of Rs. 2323/- per month and i had a overdue of 3683 for this loan account for the bounce charges which was raised by the bajaj finserv. i got a text message on 11 september as ” Over due alert Amt Rs. 2,090 over due for the respective loan will be presented in 1-3 business days” Then after i saw the text i cleared the over due amount of 3683/- on 12 september. even though after clearing the amount towards the overdue, the bajaj finserv presented the cheque of 2090 into my account which was bounced due to the insufficient balance eventhough i already payed the amount. so am raising the complaint that even after paying or clearing the due why they are presenting the cheque into my account which in orderly charges cheque bounce charges of 1800 from my respective bank. who is responsible for this mistake.
